The multifunctional handle is imported from
Germany. It has integrated control functions including a speed button, horn
button, emergency reversing button and lifting button. The handle has an
emergency reversing button which can effectively protect the operators from
being hurt in accident involving falling items. The handle can realize braking
both in vertical and horizontal position. The human-machine design is quite
safe and the operation is more comfortable.
This stacker adopts high efficiency motor which
can be precisely controlled and the output power is strong. The turning control
can be optionally equipped with EPS. It can help the driver with turning by
using electronic control device to produce auxiliary power of relative level
and direction according to the torque signal and speed signal. So the operation
of the driver can be more convenient and precise and the movement can be more
stable and reliable.
The powerful motor and 5 wheel stacker structure
can provide superior stability and gradeability, so that the truck can have
sufficient gradeability when it is fully loaded.
The foldable pedal can save space when the
stacker is not in use. It can also effectively protect the drivers from being
effected by the bumping and give feedback to the driver with the road
condition.

Working principle: The magnetic box of the magnetic separator is equipped with a magnetic stainless steel rod (the thickness of the magnetic stainless steel rod can be selected according to the ore particle size, sorting operation and the requirements of the sorting index). During normal production operation, the vertical ring rotates in the calibration direction. The slurry is fed to the ore mining area at the lower part of the vertical ring through the feeding tank and flows vertically downward through the magnetic medium. At this time, the magnetic medium box is in the magnetic field area, and the medium is magnetized. The magnetic medium surface forms a high gradient magnetic field, which generates a strong magnetic force. The magnetic ore particles in the slurry are adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic medium, and are brought to the top non-magnetic field area with the rotation of the vertical ring, and are reversely rushed into the fine by the concentrate washing water. The mineral tank; the gangue and the magnetic particles with extremely weak magnetic properties are not affected by the magnetic force, and flow down through the medium into the tailings trough and exit the machine, thereby completing the whole process of sorting.
The machine is equipped with a pulsation device. During normal production operation, the magnetic medium in the lower part of the vertical ring is immersed in the slurry. The tympanic membrane of the pulsating device is driven by the pulsation box to reciprocate, and the slurry in the tailings tank is reciprocated up and down. . The pulsating slurry fluid keeps the ore particles loose during the sorting process. This can greatly reduce the mechanical inclusion of non-magnetic ore particles, thereby significantly improving the grade of the magnetic concentrate, and the slurry pulsation is also very advantageous for preventing the blockage of the magnetic medium.
Equipment structure: As shown in the figure below, the magnetic separator is mainly composed of a pulsating mechanism, a rotating ring driving device, a feeding tank, a rotating ring, a frame, a magnetic system and the like.
The magnetic separator is based permanent magnetic system, the current domestic production of high-grade rare earth magnet block (titanium-iron-boron) assembled. The background magnetic induction intensity is 0.3~0.6T. The magnetic magnetic medium is a magnetic conductive stainless steel rod. The biggest feature of this machine is energy saving, and the power consumption is only less than 20% of the power consumption of the same specification electromagnetic high gradient magnetic separator.
The vertical ring operation adopts positive ore feeding, reverse flushing concentrate, and is equipped with slurry pulsating mechanism. Therefore, it has a large enrichment ratio, good sorting effect, medium is not easy to block, high operating rate, and mineral amount and concentration in production.
