Use of refractory clay and economic and technical indicators

There is no uniform standard for the technical requirements of high alumina clay in the grinding industry. The requirements of Zhengzhou Abrasives Factory (1977) are: Al ₂ O ₃ ≥67%, SiO ₂ ≤10%, CaO+MgO<1, Al ₂ O ₃ / SiO ₂ values greater than 9; magnesium aluminum Shenyang Institute (1983) requirements _{are: Al 2 O 3 ≥70%,} Fe 2 O 3 ≤5%, TiO 2 ≤4.5%, CaO + MgO≤1.0%, The Al ₂ O ₃ /SiO ₂ value is greater than 12.
The technical requirements of the cement industry for high-aluminum clay are as follows: Al ₂ O ₃ ≥72%, SiO ₂ ≤6%, Fe ₂ O ₃ ≤2% according to the Shenyang Aluminum-Magnesium Design Institute (1983).
