It is understood that in order to fully complete the "Eleventh Five-Year" energy-saving emission reduction targets, this time the first to start the energy efficiency of the four targets of the standard activities, involving a total of crude steel, electrolytic aluminum, ammonia, caustic soda, calcium carbide, etc. 13 kinds of products (Process), using the advanced level of energy efficiency of similar domestic companies as a reference value, implementing energy efficiency standards for compliance targets. The index of energy efficiency of synthetic ammonia, an indicator of caustic soda energy efficiency, and benchmark of calcium carbide energy efficiency, which use anthracite as raw materials, will serve as reference standards for the chemical industry to carry out energy efficiency standards for standard target activities.
The comprehensive energy consumption of high-quality anthracite lump coal, comprehensive energy consumption of coal briquettes, raw coal consumption (high-quality anthracite lump coal), and raw coal consumption (brick coal) are 1420, 1650, and 1180, respectively. 1410 kg standard coal/ton; the energy efficiency benchmarking index of caustic soda products in the chlor-alkali industry is regulated by the ion-exchange membrane method and the diaphragm method from the following aspects: liquid caustic soda, solid caustic soda, electricity consumption and steam consumption; There are two types of energy consumption indicators and recovery indicators, of which the comprehensive energy consumption in the energy consumption index is 1,000 kg standard coal/ton, and the recovery rate of tail gas in the recovery index is 100%.

Pilot work has achieved remarkable results and the technology has reached the domestic advanced level.
