Zhou Hua is the manager of the marketing department of Tech-Long, and Tech-Long is taking the “dumb-bell”-type enterprise development model of “relying on internal research and relying on the market”, which is to take technology research and development and marketing as the core of the work. Technology and marketing staff accounted for 50% of the total, while the proportion of real production workers was less than 30%. Zhou Hua's job is to open up the international market for Tech-Long. According to Zhou Hua, in recent years, due to the technical advantages of Tech-Long's products, the export market has become better and better, with exports accounting for more than 30% of sales. The current products have been exported to North America, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa and other parts of the world. In the future, the company will regard export market development as an important development strategy. However, “Our expansion in the international market does not pursue speed, but instead seeks steady growth and maintains a growth rate of about 20-30% per year.” Say.

In the way of exploring the international market, Zhou Hua said that at present, he still participates in the exhibition. However, he believes that Tech-Long is undoubtedly doing better than other companies. “We spent a lot of time each time we participated in the exhibition. The requirements were not the same as those of other companies. It was not enough to just put a few booths and pull a few banners.” When Zhou Hua participated in the exhibition, she deliberately requested that through the display of her own brand image, the whole image of China should be established.

Zhou Hua said that maintaining his own brand is not just a matter of promoting it in a hard-to-find manner. The details of the exhibition must be carefully considered. For example, the uniform requires the costumers of the exhibitors to wear the clothing, produce the corresponding exhibition aids, and arrange the exhibition of the products on site. It is necessary to arrange the translation of the local language... and so on. As a result of this, “After many buyers came to our booth, they felt that we were not like a Chinese company they had in mind. So many foreigners came to ask where the company came from,” said Zhou Hua. At this time, there was a lot of pride: "The exhibitors also have a long-term goal plan."

In addition to exhibitors, e-commerce is also a promotional method for Tech-Long. Zhou Huai is more optimistic about the African market in the future. The reason is that in the industry, customers in Africa use more e-commerce platforms.
