However, for the concrete pumping work, it is indeed more difficult and dangerous to bring the summer construction. Take this opportunity to take care of the maintenance and use of pumping equipment (including tow concrete pumps, truck-mounted concrete pumps, jib-type concrete pump trucks, and other concrete pouring pump construction equipment, hereinafter referred to as “pump trucks.”) Talk about some issues that need to be paid attention to in the summer construction of the pump truck.

Normally we are accustomed to using winter and summer oils for the engine of the pump truck. Before the arrival of summer, the air conditioning system of the pump cab will also be inspected and maintained. But in addition, there are some summer maintenance and use problems that are closely related to the working characteristics of the pump truck and are different from ordinary vehicles. The main focus is on three liquids and one type of oil, referred to as "three liquids and one fat."

1, the engine temperature control <br> <br> With the substantial increase industrial level, the problem is now rarely seen because the engine itself (such as engine cylinder head gasket seal failure, commonly known as "Zi cylinder head gasket") and cause the engine " The problem of "opening pan" appeared. In general, the common cause of overheating of the engine in summer is poor maintenance, such as a loss of engine coolant, or a decrease in the cooling efficiency caused by spring willow catkins attached to the radiator. The solution to such problems is mainly through the maintenance and maintenance, to ensure the quality and quantity of engine coolant, clean the surface of the radiator and ensure that the engine cooling system is operating normally. However, compared to diesel engines of other vehicles, the pump transmitter has some operating characteristics that are not conducive to controlling the temperature, such as:

(1) Usually the pump truck is working in the wild and exposed environment, and the ambient temperature is higher. (2) The pump truck chassis remains in place during pumping operation, which is not conducive to the flow of air near the engine. (3) Casting work interruption or concrete The supply is not timely, causing the engine to idle for a long time, which is not conducive to engine cooling.

Then, in order to better control the pump engine temperature, here are some important and pertinent suggestions:

(1) The engine coolant must use regular antifreeze. The antifreeze must be in the valid period and the fluid must be sufficient. If a liquid is lost due to a fault, the amount of water added should not exceed 10% of the total amount of coolant. In hot climates, water evaporates particularly quickly, and pump trucks work more continuously during summer peak seasons, so it is not recommended to use water as the engine coolant for the pump trucks;

(2) Before the spring blossoms, a layer of gauze shall be installed in front of the engine radiator to keep the radiator clean. In addition, pay attention to cleaning the gauze regularly. After the arrival of summer, the gauze should be removed to facilitate the air flow of the engine radiator;

(3) To increase the continuity of concrete supply by enhancing communication and reduce idle running time of pump trucks in exposure environment.

2, to prevent the hydraulic oil temperature is too high work <br> <br> summer ambient temperature is close to the lower limit of the normal operating temperature of the hydraulic pump system, so the pumping work will inevitably lead to a rapid increase in temperature of the hydraulic oil. An increase in temperature will cause the viscosity of hydraulic oil to drop, resulting in poor lubrication. At the same time, the components of the hydraulic system tend to increase in the amount of interference under the effect of thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in increased wear of the components. Therefore, the working temperature of hydraulic oil must be strictly controlled under high temperature conditions. The main concerns and measures are the following:

(1) In the temperature environment around 35°C, anti-wear hydraulic oil of 46# should be used; if the temperature exceeds 35°C for a long time, 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil should be selected (2) The hydraulic oil must be replaced regularly to ensure the hydraulic pressure Oil quality and cleaning (3) For the pumping unit of the open type hydraulic system, ensure that the working condition of the hydraulic oil radiator is normal, if necessary, spray water slowly on the radiator or the main oil return pipe to help reduce the temperature (4) For closed The pumping unit of the hydraulic system, in addition to paying attention to the radiator, can spray water slowly in the main cylinder part to assist in heat dissipation when necessary. (5) Pumping system regardless of the working principle, when the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds the normal working temperature It is necessary to suspend the pump to reduce the temperature of the system. Long-time over-temperature work will bring heavy losses to the hydraulic system.

3, the correct use of concrete piston cooling fluid
<br> The piston cooling fluid has three main functions: cleaning and lubricating the piston and the delivery cylinder; assisting in reducing the hydraulic oil temperature through the conduction of the main cylinder rod; cooling the concrete piston to reduce the interference between the piston and the delivery cylinder, thereby reducing the piston and the delivery Wear between cylinders. Then in the summer construction, the piston cooling fluid must do the following two things:

(1) Concrete piston coolant must be replaced frequently. When the piston coolant temperature exceeds 40°C, it should be replaced even if it is very clean to ensure that the piston can cool down. (2) In the high temperature environment, concrete piston coolant should use water added with lubricant instead of hydraulic oil. This not only ensures the cooling effect, but also does not cause waste and pollution due to frequent replacement of the coolant.

4, proper use of grease

(1) After the temperature exceeds 30°C, 0# lithium grease must be used, and 00# or 000# lithium grease must not be used. These unsuitable lithium-based greases should be well preserved and used until autumn and winter. (2) The viscosity of the grease decreases and the flowability becomes stronger. Therefore, it should be ensured that the rotating parts using the grease have a good sealing effect and prevent the grease from getting out of the gap. Rapid loss without lubrication.

To sum up, "three liquids" includes engine coolant, hydraulic oil and piston coolant; "one grease" means grease. In addition to the normal summer maintenance work, strengthening the maintenance and management of “three liquids and one fat” will increase the pumping rate and utilization rate of the pump truck and reduce the operating cost.
