According to statistics from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, by the end of 2006, the total industrial output value of China's auto parts manufacturers reached 539.7 billion yuan; in 2007, the total output value of parts and components industry reached 670 billion yuan; in 2008, the total industrial output value of China's auto parts industry was close to 10,000 yuan.
