The working principle of DRV valve

When the DRV solenoid valve is not energized, the armature core tightly seals the seat face under the action of the spring, and the rail pressure can continue to build.
Once the DRV solenoid valve is energized, the electromagnetic force overcomes the action of the spring to lift the armature core, and the high-pressure oil in the oil rail passes through the valve seat hole and returns to the oil return pipeline through the oil return oil passage.
The magnitude of the current determines the lifting height of the armature core, that is, the opening degree of the valve seat. The opening degree of the valve seat hole directly determines the pressure in the oil rail.
