National green mine basic conditions

(3) Promote enterprise health, safety, environmental protection certification and product quality system certification to achieve scientific, institutionalized and standardized mine management.

Third, comprehensive utilization

(1) According to the planning and design of mineral resources development, the indicators for resource development and comprehensive utilization have been well completed, and the technical and economic level ranks first among domestic similar mines.

(2) The resource utilization rate meets the requirements of mineral resources planning. The mine development and utilization technology, technology and equipment meet the requirements of mineral resources conservation and comprehensive utilization encouragement, restriction, and elimination of technical catalogues. The “three rate” indicators meet or exceed national standards.

(3) Conserving resources, protecting resources, and vigorously carrying out comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, and resource utilization has reached the advanced level in the domestic industry.

Fourth, technological innovation

Five, energy saving and emission reduction

6. Environmental protection

(1) Conscientiously implement the mine environmental restoration and management deposit system, strictly implement the “three simultaneous” system of environmental protection, and effectively protect the mining area and surrounding natural environment.

(2) Formulating mine environmental protection and treatment restoration plans with clear objectives and appropriate measures. The mine geological environment recovery and control level is significantly higher than the regional average level determined by the mineral resources planning. Pay attention to the prevention and control of mine geological disasters, and no major geological disasters have occurred in the past three years.

(3) The mining area has a beautiful environment and the green coverage rate has reached more than 80% of the area that can be greened.

Seven, land reclamation

(1) In the stages of development, design and exploitation of mineral resources, mining enterprises have practical mine land protection and land reclamation plans and measures, and are strictly implemented.

(2) Adhere to the principle of “exploiting and reclaiming land”, the land reclamation technology is advanced, and the funds are in place. The land that can be reclaimed and damaged by the mine should be fully reclaimed and used, and adapted to the local conditions as much as possible. Or agricultural land.
