Dynamic, timely release of road and water warning information to promote anti-typhoon risk knowledge; to strengthen the transfer of risk aversion, to do a good job of sea vessels returning to Hong Kong shelters, offshore operations, aquaculture personnel transfer and resettlement work, in particular, to do a good job of engineering vessels, long-term anchoring vessels With regard to the prevention of Taiwan and personnel evacuation of new shipbuilding, and supervising the rational arrangement of production by port enterprises, the highway management department should focus on the deployment of secondary disasters that may be triggered by rainstorms in response to the new round of heavy rainfall brought by “Suli”. The water transport engineering construction department shall pay special attention to the safety inspections of construction sites, high-altitude structures, and simple work sheds; it shall strengthen the communication and coordination with the member units of the Maritime Search and Rescue Inter-ministerial Conference and the members of the Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, and shall cooperate closely to ensure cooperation.
