1. The metal tube float flow meter is a precise flow meter. When transporting and installing, it must be handled with care. Do not use brute force, and do not put it in random. To ensure that the relative position of the indicator and sensor can not be changed, if the relative position changes, it will inevitably affect the measurement accuracy,

2. The flow meter needs to be cleaned in time. In the course of long-term use, the pipeline will inevitably have ferromagnetic substances adsorbed on the float. If there are too many impurities, the float will be stuck or affect the measurement accuracy, so the sensor of the flowmeter should be cleaned. If a magnetic filter is installed at the inlet of the flowmeter, the magnetic filter should be periodically cleaned. The meter or filter must be removed from the pipe during cleaning.

3. When using the instrument, slowly open and close the valve to avoid damage to the instrument. If you turn on the flowmeter, because there is no pressure in the pipeline or the system has not yet reached the normal operating pressure of the instrument, you must slowly open the control valve until the system is normal, low-grade surface can be used, otherwise it will easily cause the pointer to jump or the sudden impact of the float Damaged phenomenon.

4. For gas measurement, ensure that the pipeline pressure is not less than 5 times the pressure loss of the instrument to ensure the stability of the float. A throttle valve or an appropriate orifice plate should be installed at the outlet of the flowmeter.

5. Before using the remote flow meter and flowmeter with alarm limit switch, open the meter cover and wire it correctly according to the wiring diagram. For the alarm type screw loosening limit switch, the user sets the limit alarm position according to the need, and tighten the screw, restore and use.

6. When the user is using, if the density of the fluid to be measured is different from that of water, or the parameters and working conditions of the gas to be measured are different from those specified by the manufacturer, the reading of the flowmeter indication reading shall be applied.
