On October 29, Jaguar Land Rover issued a statement saying that Land Rover Discovery Sport will become the first model of its new plant in Brazil and is expected to start production in the next year. 
Jaguar Land Rover said that the Brazilian plant will be built by the end of this year. Itatiaia, Rio de Janeiro State, will start production of its first car in 2016 - Land Rover Discovery Spirit. The factory costs 750 million Brazilian reals, about 308 million US dollars, and the annual production capacity will reach 24,000.
Land Rover has discovered that God’s line was launched in September this year. In addition to the Brazilian plant, the Chery Land Rover joint venture plant in Changshu will also start production of the car, becoming the second domestic car following the Land Rover Range Rover Aurora.
The Brazilian factory may initially use the assembled parts to produce Land Rover to discover the gods, and parts from the British Richard Else. Land Rover has found that the company is expected to land in markets such as the United States and Europe from the beginning of 2015, replacing the LR2 model.
