1 Earthquake: For rusted screws, do not use wrenches to tighten, to prevent the six sides of the screw from being screwed, and to loosen or loosen the wrench. At this point, the handle of the wrench can be gently shaken with a hammer. Generally, the rusted screws can be shaken and unscrewed.

2 Knock: Using the edge of the square top hammer, tap the rusted stainless steel nut, it is easy to loosen the nut. For example, the nuts of the fixing bolts at both ends of the pedals of the bicycle can be tapped on the nuts according to the thickness of the pedals and the metal structure. The nut at the cast iron can be used with a little more force, and the plastic must be tapped. If it still fails, use a hammer to turn the nut in the direction and easily remove the nut.

3 Burning: Some screws are very badly embroidered. If the above method still does not work, you can use “fire attack”. Use gas welding to oxidize the flame to fully sew the screws and nuts and then apply a small amount of oil to the red-hot screws. The purpose of the heating screw is to heat the screw. The purpose of drip oil is to quickly shrink the screw when it is cold and increase the clearance between the screw rod and the stainless steel nut. After the oil flows into the nut, it can be unscrewed. However, if there is a plastic device nearby, use this method with caution.

4 Punching: The top of the stainless steel screws of some devices are corroded and cannot be wrenched and the wire cutters are unloaded. The impact method can be used. First use a hammer and a flat top screwdriver to impact a v-shaped groove in the vertical direction at the top of the screw. Then, adjust the angle of the punch cone to impact in the direction of the screw. After loosening, use the wire cutters to unscrew the screws. This method can also be used when the “1” or “10” screw is sliding, and the screw is combined with a wire cutter.

5 Welding: When removing the device, it is not uncommon to loosen the screws. For the broken screws, electric drills are generally not used, because the holes are drilled by accident. It is better to weld a long iron block on the broken wire by electric welding. The cross section of the iron block is indeed made of stainless steel screw diameter.
