Usually before we use the diaphragm pressure gauge, there is a verification procedure, including the diaphragm pressure gauge visual inspection, diaphragm pressure gauge inspection zero position and diaphragm pressure indication value verification.
Pressure gauge appearance check:
Mainly check whether the zero parts of the verification step are tightly installed and loose. Check whether the indexing plate is marked with the manufacturing position, product name, accuracy grade and factory number. Check whether the surface of the diaphragm pressure gauge is transparent. Whether the mark is legible.
Pressure gauge zero check:
Check if there is no pressure, for the diaphragm pressure gauge with the pointer, the pointer is close to the pointer pin; for the pressure calibrator without the pointer pin, whether the zero position is at the zero mark, check whether the zero mark is Exceeding the accuracy level allows 2 times the error value.
Pressure indication value check:
The indication value verification mainly checks the indication error, the backlash error and the tapping displacement.
At the time of inspection, the indication values ​​of each verification point shall be verified according to the criteria of steady boost. During the verification process, observe whether the pointer is bouncing or stuck, and then smoothly step down to observe whether the return error is greater than the allowable error. The value is to be boosted and lowered at the verification point. Hit the case and observe whether the amount of pointer displacement is greater than 1/2 of the value error when striking the case.
During the verification process, it should be noted that the diaphragm pressure gauge cannot be adjusted. After the end of the verification, the inspection of the zero point is sufficient, and in the absence of pressure load, for the diaphragm pressure gauge with the pointer pin, observe the pointer. Whether it is close to the pointer pin; for the pressure gauge without the pointer pin, observe whether the zero position is at the zero mark.
