The finned tube is to improve the heat exchange efficiency. By adding fins on the surface of the heat exchange tube, the outer surface area (or inner surface area) of the heat exchange tube is increased, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the heat exchange efficiency. Such a heat exchange tube . Usually used for heat exchange between liquid and gas.
Finned tube is a heat exchange element. As a heat exchange element, finned tubes usually work under high-temperature flue gas conditions for a long time. For example, the finned tubes usually used in boiler or harsh environments, high temperature and high pressure, and in a corrosive atmosphere. This requires that the finned tubes should have high anti-corrosion properties, Anti-wear properties, lower contact resistance, higher Stability and anti-dusting ability.
There are many types of finned tubes, and new varieties are constantly emerging. According to the classification of processing technology, there are extruded fin tube; high frequency welded finned tubes; rolled formed finned tubes; suit formed finned tubes ; cast finned tubes; tension wound finned tubes; Inserted tubes.
According to the shape of the fins, there are square finned tubes; circular finned tubes; spiral finned tubes; longitudinal finned tubes; corrugated finned tubes; spiral serrated fins Helical Serrated Finned Tubes; pin-shaped finned tubes; integral plate-shaped finned tubes; inner finned tubes.
According to whether the fin material of the finned tube is the same as that of the base tube, it can be divided into: single metal finned tube, bimetallic composite finned tube.
Single metal finned tubes are classified by material into copper finned tubes; aluminum finned tubes; carbon steel finned tubes; stainless steel finned tubes; cast steel finned tubes.

The 9th China International Semiconductor Lighting Exhibition (CHINASSL2012) was grandly opened last week at the Guangzhou World Expo Exhibition Hall. As the leading LED lighting professional media in China, the OFweek semiconductor lighting network tracked and reported the whole exhibition. We were fortunate to interview Mr. Wang Junbo, the deputy general manager of Jingyuan Baochen Optoelectronics, the sales center of Jingyuan Optoelectronics.
OFweek Semiconductor Lighting Network: Since the establishment of the company, Jingyuan Optoelectronics has already occupied a place in the LED chip market in China and the world. What are the key factors behind this?
Wang Junbo: Since its establishment, Jingyuan Optoelectronics has maintained its good customer-supplier relationship with its original intention and wisdom. The specific needs from three aspects, the first: since the establishment of the crystal unit has always attached great importance to independent development, from the Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute team developed more than a decade ago, until now our products are supported by their own technology . The second is that we have a very rigorous process in quality control. We make products from the perspective of the user, so no matter what the price of the product, the stability of the quality is very strict. The third is that our strategy is to accompany the guests to develop together, such as the red and yellow products at the beginning, we are in the Japanese market, cooperate with our customers in the car and later the blue-green products in the mobile phone, and TV applications. The aspects are developed together. In terms of lighting, we are now also adopting this strategy of cooperating with customers to develop products, which is the original mode of crystal power.
OFweek Semiconductor Lighting Network: In recent years, the news of breakthroughs in the development of this new technology route for silicon substrates has exploded. Many companies have invested in silicon substrate research and development. How do you think about the development trend of silicon substrates? What is the specificity of your company?
Wang Junbo: It should be said that Jingyuan has corresponding investment and research and development in different technical fields of LED. We also have a special R&D team to develop products such as silicon-based products. However, looking back at this matter, we think that although the silicon base can cost Very low, but in fact the key issue is that there is still a gap between yield and efficiency, and it needs to be strengthened. Silicon-based may be a trend, and we have continued to do research and development in this area, but it is still too early for us to see if silicon-based technology will win in the future.
OFweek Semiconductor Lighting Network: In recent years, the LED lighting market has developed rapidly, and the government has also vigorously supported it, driving the substantial growth of the lighting market. How do you view this wide range of investment in LEDs? How will the wafers maintain their advantage in such fierce competition?
Wang Junbo: The current competitive situation is just to happen in advance of what happened in the future. This thing would have happened. In fact, this situation has had a little impact on the industry. When everyone does not make money, the industry is very dangerous, because there will be no funds to invest in new research and development. In fact, this is relatively bad for the industry. There must be some profits in the industrial chain enterprises, and it is important to have money to invest in future research and development. I think this is very important. So in this process, everyone will be very painful.
We work with customers to develop products. Our role is to make LED chips, but we are working together to make LED applications. Therefore, our policy is to cooperate with customers to develop products. Jingdian has been doing it and is working hard to realize the unlimited possibilities of LED applications and promote the continuous development of LED technology.
OFweek Semiconductor Lighting Network: From the quarterly report just released, the Q3 is in a state of loss. Is this mainly due to the influence of the mainland or other factors?
Wang Junbo: The loss of the film in the third quarter is due to the fact that some investments are at a loss, but the sales of the optical chip may barely match the past. In the future, our focus will be on the chip, providing better service to customers and designing and developing products in collaboration with customers.
OFweek Semiconductor Lighting Network: At present, most of China's LED lighting companies are small, and it may be difficult to survive the industrial downturn. The prospects for small and medium-sized LED lighting companies are worrying, they may face bankruptcy, or they will be integrated by some big international companies and domestic listed companies, and the industry faces reshuffle. How do you think about this phenomenon?
Wang Junbo: The development of any industry will go through a process from the germination to the outbreak to the maturity. The LED industry is now in an outbreak period to transition to maturity. In the process, in fact, there will be some more drastic changes in the entire industry chain. In some enterprises, I think that some actions have begun. From the perspective of traditional lighting, Philips, GE, and OSRAM account for about 30~40 in the lighting market, accounting for about 60-70 in the bulb market, and have not reached a monopoly. Therefore, LED lighting is unlikely to have a monopoly. .
OFweek Semiconductor Lighting Network: A major hot spot in the recent lighting market is that from October 1st, China is banned from importing and selling ordinary lighting incandescent lamps of 100 watts or more. What do you think LEDs face in the future lighting market? ?
Wang Junbo: First of all, I think the biggest challenge is the standard. When your standards are not formed, the whole market is a chaotic, mixed situation, and the quality of the products is mixed. This will hit consumers' confidence in LED. I think the standard is a very important thing. Incandescent lamps are banned, and between energy-saving lamps and LEDs, consumers can also choose energy-saving lamps, so I think LED popularity is also facing challenges from energy-saving lamps. Second is the price issue. Whether it is commercial or civilian, price is a very important thing. This price includes many factors such as light source, power supply, structural parts, optics, etc. How can we make the overall price reach a reasonable price? The price, this is a problem that our LED companies need to think about.
