Driving trolley line configuration introduction:
Unipolar safety wire contact accessories configuration list:
Relevant fittings for use in unipolar trolley wires; collectors, shoe pieces (contact shoes, carbon brushes, blades), access sections, power input parts, joint jackets, aluminium fittings, end shields, single hole holders / Four-hole clamp, four-hole lifting pylon, single-hole lifting pylon, current collector bracket, temperature compensator (expansion section), among them, collector, maintenance section, and temperature compensator (expansion section) that require extra charge .
(1) How many meters are required for the trolley line?
Sliding line length = workshop length x three-wire/four-wire (If using a three-phase three-wire slide wire, multiply it by three. If using a three-phase four-wire slide wire, multiply by four).
(2) Number of trolley wires = Number of trolley wires ÷ 4.5/6 (Lightweight trolley wire is 4.5m, and heavy trolley wire is 6 meters long)
(3) Number of collectors = number of trips x three-wire / four-wire (If using a three-phase three-wire sled, multiply it by three, if using a three-phase four-wire sled, multiply by four).
(4) Current collector bracket = number of vehicles = number of current collectors
(5) Aluminium connector = trolley wire length ÷ 4.5/6
(6) Number of connector sheaths = number of aluminum connectors
(7) Light steel contact angle steel bracket = four-hole lifting rack = workshop length ÷ 1.2/1.5 (The angle of light bracket is generally 1.2m or 1.5m, and the heavy one is 3m. )
(8) Power Input = Line x Power Supply x Span
(9) Four hole clamps; one span 2 pieces
(10) Heavy-duty trolley wire angle bracket = workshop length ÷ 2.4/3 (2.4m or 3m angle bracket for heavy-duty trolley wire)
(11) single hole lifting bracket = angle bracket x-ray system (wire system is the three-phase three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire four-line)
(12) single hole clamp = wire x2x span
(13) End sheath = wire x2x span

Insulation Pins And Washer

Insulation Pins and Washer,insulation nails

These studs are primarily designed as welded fasteners to secure blanket and board
insulation to metal heating and air-conditioning duct, ovens, tanks, boilers, and
other hot or cold equipment. The insulation may be fiberglass, rock wool, or other
insulation. The [TP" series of insulation pins have a weld tip designed for the
Capacitor Discharge welding process, but they may also be welded with the Short
Cycle DRAWN ARC weld process.
