Not only the accuracy requirements of the pattern are ensured, but also the processing efficiency is high, which is 5~8 times of the processing by the coordinate boring machine.

(2) Processing of large modulus gears In the shearer traveling mechanism without chain traction, the drive wheels (involute tooth profile) and cycloidal pin trackwheels, the parameters are all large modulus (m≥25) ) Small number of teeth (z <17). In the processing, limited by the gear processing machine and the gear cutter, it is difficult to realize the machining or contouring processing. It is easier to realize the programming with the CNC boring and milling machine, which greatly reduces the production investment and process preparation time. At present, all the gears with large modulus and small number of teeth in the coal mining machine are generally programmed by CNC boring and milling machine, and a subroutine for machining a tooth shape is programmed, and the remaining tooth shapes are processed by the angle offset or coordinate rotation programming function. The accuracy meets the requirements of use and the processing efficiency is high.

(3) The processing of “three large casings” for the processing of box parts has always been the key in the coal mining machine manufacturing industry. The processing efficiency and precision directly affect the manufacturing cycle and service life of the shearer. The structure of modern coal mining machines is mostly multi-motor "segmented yaw". There are motor mounting holes on each type of casing. The hole diameter of such holes is large and the depth is _, as shown in Figure 1, it is not MG490/920-DW. In addition, when processing the butt hole of the end surface of the traction shell, since the other end is the ear and the rocker arm of the cutting portion, it can only be processed horizontally. More than 20 holes are machined in the coordinate boring machine, and the machining efficiency is very low. The machining efficiency can be increased by 4 to 7 times with the CNC machine tool, and the same processing program can use the mirror function to machine the butt holes on the left and right traction casings and the intermediate casings connected to them, which is not only efficient. The accuracy is also very high.

(4) Application in tooling With the increase in the number of new products for coal mining machines, the number of new tooling tires has also increased, production investment has increased, and manufacturing cycles have been long. The use of CNC machine tool programming can replace some tire tooling, such as the use of a large number of drill tires on the casing. Reduce the design and manufacture of many tire molds. For the indispensable tooling that CNC machine tools can't replace, CNC machine tools can be used to process such tooling, which shortens the process preparation time. The full use of CNC machine tools greatly improves the processing quality, reduces the investment in production, and shortens the manufacturing cycle.
