The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2013.
Shu Changxiong, chairman of Huasheng, introduced that after the completion of the project, it will be China's largest fuel oil blending and distribution center. It can be used as a supplement to the national strategic oil reserve in terms of energy strategy, and it will contribute to the formation of a pricing mechanism for the fuel oil market in South China.
