The inspection process is consistent with the production process of the track plate. No manual intervention is required. The inspection time of each track plate is shortened to 6 minutes, and the detection accuracy is plus or minus 0.15 mm, which fully meets the requirements of high-speed railway construction specifications.

According to Qin Fei, the project leader of the technical research group and the project manager of the Beijing-Shenyang section of the China Railway 22nd Bureau Group 2, the CRTSIII track plate is a high-speed rail product developed by China with complete independent intellectual property rights. The fasteners used in the track plate have very high precision requirements, and the allowable deviation is plus or minus 0.5 mm. Previously, it took more than 40 minutes to detect a track plate.
