The ABS sensor is typically located in each wheel hub/rotor on a four channel ABS system. If wheel speeds are not equal the computer modulates the anti-lock feature until the speeds are equalized.

Fault phenomenon 1: The discharge granularity is too large.

Reasons: 1) insufficient grease; 2) excessive grease; 3) deterioration of grease contamination; 4) bearing damage.
Remedy: 1) Fill the appropriate amount of grease; 2) The grease in the bearing should be 50% of its space volume. 3) Clean the bearings and replace the grease. 4) Replace the bearing.
Symptom 3: The elastic coupling produces a knocking sound.
Reasons: 1) loose pin; 2) elastic ring wear;
Remedy: 1) Stop and tighten the pin nut; 2) Replace the elastic ring.
Symptom 4: A knocking sound is generated inside the machine.

Symptom 5: The production is reduced.
Reasons: 1) The gap of the screen is blocked; 2) The feeding is uneven.
Remedy: 1) Stop, clean the blockage in the gap of the sieve; 2) Adjust the feeding mechanism.
Symptom 6: The amount of vibration is sudden.
Reasons: 1) When the hammer is replaced or the static balance of the rotor is not satisfactory due to the wear of the cone; 2) the hammer is broken, the rotor is unbalanced; 3) the pin is bent and broken; 4) the triangular disk or the disc crack; 5) the ground The foot bolts are loose.
Remedy: 1) Remove the hammer head and select the hammer head according to the weight, so that the total weight of the hammer on each hammer shaft is equal to the total weight of the hammer on the hammer shaft, that is, the static balance meets the requirements; 2) replace the hammer head; Replace the pin; 4) repair or replace the welding; 5) tighten the anchor bolt.
