It is strictly forbidden to enter the running cylinder block of the running mill. 2.6 When the shutdown is faulty, the on-site control switch should be set to zero position, pull down the power switch, and hang the “someone working, no closing†sign; notify the central control room, and ask the electrician to exit the main distribution switchgear and hang the safety sign. After the treatment is completed, the electrician is required to cancel the warning according to the procedure. 2.7 The site and stairs around the equipment should be kept clean and the passage clear, and there should be no oil. 2.8 During the operation of the mill, it is strictly forbidden to clean the dust and oil stains of the rotating parts and their shields. 2.9 When the mill is running, it is strictly forbidden to enter the work below the mill. 2.10 When stopping, be sure to stop the main machine after the slurry in the mill is empty, and stop the lubrication station after the host stops for 5 minutes. 2.11 When adding lubricating oil, it should be kept clean and free of foreign matter. Adding equipment tools should not touch the transmission parts. 2.12 When adding a steel ball, it is considered that the ball is finished after the ball is removed from the ball, and the observation port cover is covered. 2.13 The fastening cylinder and end cap bolts should have safety measures to prevent slipping and falling. 2.14 It is strictly forbidden to throw objects down from the inside of the mill barrel, the upper part of the cylinder or the operating platform. 2.15 When repairing and replacing the mill liner, first confirm that there is no falling off in the body, and the temperature inside the machine drops to the temperature suitable for the personnel to enter. 2.16 After the host stops, stop the lubrication station after 5 minutes. 2.17 Responsible for the environmental sanitation of the scope of this post, clean and hygienic work, and achieve civilized production. 2.18 Pay close attention to the operation of the ball mill and find that the leaking slurry should be disposed of in time. It is strictly forbidden to enter the bearing, gear or lubrication point. 2.19 Do a good job in environmental sanitation and equipment cleaning and sanitation work in this position, and achieve civilized production. 2.20 Carefully make the original records, carefully fill in the records of the class as required, and make the writing clear and tidy. 2.21 Familiar with the technical performance of all equipment in this position, master the operation, maintenance and maintenance of equipment. 2.22 When the slurry pump is running, the bearing temperature must not exceed 45 °C. It is forbidden to use the valve on the inlet pipe to adjust the flow. When adjusting the flow rate, use the frequency converter to adjust. The seal should be filled with pressure sealing water greater than 0.2-0.3 times the working pressure. The amount of water is 3-5% of the pump's working water volume. After stopping the pump, the mortar in the pump chamber should be drained and rinsed with water to prevent sedimentation and blockage.
