At present, there are 45 member state groups including China, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, the United States, and the United Kingdom, which are responsible for managing 63 international standard projects. About ISO 3046-6 ISO 3046-6, "Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine Performance Part 6: Overspeed Protection", is one of the standard items of the ISO/TC70/WG4 Performance Working Group. The project was submitted by the Liberation Engine Division in 2017 and was approved for discussion. The project is represented by the business unit on behalf of China as the leading drafter, and 19 registered experts from 6 member states are jointly assumed by the working group. Meeting overview During the ISO/TC70 International Standards for Internal Combustion Engines, the ISO/TC70/WG04 Performance and Test Working Group meeting was held on October 25, 2019. Luo Cong and Tang Lifeng, representatives of the Liberation Engine Division, participated in the meeting as registered experts of the working group. The meeting was chaired by Tang Lifeng, secretary of the working group. Representatives from China, Italy, Japan and other countries attended the meeting. At the meeting, the review and discussion of ISO/3046-6 "Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine Performance Part 6: Overspeed Protection" received comments and treatment during the DIS (review) voting stage, and the participants approved the official standard text revised by the draft standard. On October 25, 2019, the 34th International Conference of Internal Combustion Engines Standards Committee of ISO/TC70 was officially held. 24 representatives from 7 countries including China, France, Germany, the United States and the United Kingdom attended the event.
