A new entrance to Beijing to the sea in eastern Inner Mongolia

Recently, the Chifeng (Feng) Chengde (German) Expressway Jinshan to Maojingba section was completed and open to traffic. Chairman of the government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Bartle fielded the opening of the section from Jinshan to Maojingba, and requested that the entire line of Chicheng Expressway be completed and opened to traffic as soon as possible on the premise of ensuring quality and safety.

The length of the highway between Jinshan Mountain and Maojing Dam on the Chicheng Highway is 62 kilometers, which is an important part of the 30 exit passages planned by the National Expressway Daguang Expressway and the Autonomous Region. It is also the eastern part of Inner Mongolia to go to Beijing and connect with the Northeast, Easy access to North China. The completion of this section of the road will improve the transportation conditions in the area along the line, accelerate the integration of the eastern part of the autonomous region with the Bohai Rim and the Beijing-Tianjin region, and boost the economic and social development of the region along the route.

It is also known that the foundation of the Dan-Xi Expressway through the shed to the Xilinhot (Chifeng territory) section. The shed to the Xilinhot Highway is a section of the National Expressway Network. It has a total length of 138 kilometers, of which Chifeng is within 64.4 kilometers and has two lanes and four lanes.
