Later, Wang also used the threat of Lee’s residence and unit to deal with trouble. At 2 p.m. on the 6th June of the same year, Wang was arrested by a civilian police officer who was arrested at a bank in Tongzhou District, Beijing.

Wang’s defender stated that Lee was in contact with other girls while maintaining lover relationships with Wang, and the first time Lee broke up and promised to give 500,000, the two sides were voluntary. Wang liked Lee very much. When Lee could not be found, it was normal to go home. And Li also had a fault in this case. It is recommended that the court mitigate punishments and apply probation.

In this regard, the prosecutor stated that Lee had an objective fault, but the witness testimony and the defendant’s confession could prove that Wang had threatened Lee’s house and unit’s way of harassment. The fact that he asked Lee for money should be extortionate. Investigate their criminal liability. However, given that Wang had started committing crimes, he failed to commit crimes due to reasons other than his will. It is recommended that the defendant be sentenced to imprisonment of 3 years and 6 months to 5 years and 6 months.
